The 2026 DUCF Poster was designed by fair fixture Sammy Pfaff.
We can’t wait for DUCF 2026, the 21st annual Detroit Urban Craft Fair! Voted by USA Today readers as the best craft fair in the USA, this year’s fair is going to be the biggest ever, with more than 120 vendors, an expected 10,000 attendees, and surprises and fun galore!
The fair will be Saturday, December 5th from 11-7, and Sunday, December 6th, from 11-6 at Detroit’s Masonic Temple at 500 Temple St. in Midtown, Detroit. Admission will be $5, and children 12 and under are free after 1pm each day.
Street parking will be available in the vicinity—it will be metered on Saturday and free on Sunday. There are also several paid lots nearby. New this year, there will be a free shuttle between the fair and the Canfield shopping district at Canfield and Cass in Detroit. So, attendees can easily travel between the two destinations and only park once. There will be a free parking lot next to the Canfield bus stop, near City Bird. The shuttle will depart City Bird every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour (11am, 11:30am, etc…) and will depart the Masonic Temple every 30 minutes on the 15s and 45s (11:15am, 11:45am, etc…).
Prizes:
The first 50 guests each day will receive a free ‘swag bag’ of fun surprises representing Fair vendors!
Music:
This year’s fair will feature WDET’s DJ Dave Lawson spinning vinyl live, all weekend, highlighting his beloved mix of holiday tunes!
Food:
There will be coffee, baked goods, snacks, lunch, and dinner food available for sale from a slate of local vendors to be announced soon.
Activations:
This year, there will be a free all-ages craft corner where guests can make a guided holiday-themed craft to take home!
There are rumors that Frosty the Snowman and Santa Claus may make appearances throughout the show.
Look for other fun surprises, from marching bands to appearances from mythical characters.
